Track & Field Club

Compete. Qualify. Represent.

Our Track & Field Club is a TAAF, AAU, and USATF-registered competitive program for youth athletes ages 7–18. Athletes train in their specific events and compete in sanctioned meets throughout the season — with the goal of qualifying for regional, state and national championships.

Speed & Performance

Train to a Number. Not a Feeling.

Most speed programs run drills and call it training. We run a diagnostic first — a full force‑velocity profile that identifies whether your athlete is Force Limited, Velocity Limited, or Balanced — and every session after that targets the exact quality holding them back. Coaches provide real‑time feedback every session, so athletes know exactly what to improve. At the end of the Block athletes leave faster, stronger, and more confident — with data to prove it. You'll see the data before the first training block starts. You'll see it again when the block ends.
