Lone Star TFC offers a structured, evidence‑based development system for athletes ages 6–18. Whether your athlete is new to the sport, preparing for school track, or training for summer championships, our programs provide the coaching, structure, and environment needed to grow with confidence.

Our Youth Speed & Power Program gives young athletes the fundamentals they need to move well, stay safe, and build real athletic confidence. Training is fun, structured, and age‑appropriate.

- Speed fundamentals (acceleration, posture, arm action)

- Strength foundations (bodyweight strength, core stability, balance)

- Coordination & agility (footwork, rhythm, reaction)

- Confidence & body awareness

- Age‑appropriate progressions that grow with them
